Accept it or Reject it - you sure as hell can't ignore it...! The fact remains that life moves on.
Being dejected in love can come across as a strong turmoil in one's life. It makes a person broke, emotionally, mentally, physically, socially & financially too :-)
*Break-up - could be with any loved one: Referring to parents, siblings, spouse, friend, lover, colleague, boss.
A person facing a "break-up" usually keeps asking "How did it happen?" & "Why me?" AND let's remind ourselves, that these are not retrospective questions that we ask, these are rhetorical questions which may never have an answer. These lead to more destruction and harm. In fact, our society is built in a way that we're forced to keep the sorrow button of our life pressed hard, cause the moment it turns to a happy mode, you start being judged for being insensitive & anti-social.
So, getting back to the learning mode - We must learn to love more often and hate ever little. As soon as you are sacked from your job, rather than pondering upon "WHY ME?" Just move on, look at what went wrong & correct it. Don't let much time pass by before moving on to a new job. Similarly, if your BFF just told you that you're a piece of crap in his/her life, smile & say goodbye and be happy that you still have an opportunity to find a new BFF. If your husband/wife/ lover dumps you for whatever the reason be, ponder for a moment on what went wrong & move out of the jack.
Emotions, memories & feelings never die, they just change form! So, love your job not your company or your boss & if you quit or you're sacked, just dust the rust & look for an opportunity which might be awaiting you. Similarly, the person who was once the love of your life, has left you a bag full of nostalgic memories, don't erase them, just cherish what was there, delete whatever hurt you and move on to a new journey of finding that "true love" which would complete you (& not finish you)
Now we're un-loving so that, we have some space left for future. If my bag is full from past, what will I hold on to in my present to carry to the future? Don't stick to what's already dead, move on to some life, otherwise, life gets over! Change is the only permanent thing in life.
